This Return Policy applies to purchases made from P3 Safety Gear through p3safetygear.com, by phone, by email, by purchase order, or through any other authorized sales channel.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If an item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return authorization as described below.
All returns require prior authorization from P3 Safety Gear.
To begin a return, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization, also referred to as an RMA. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
An RMA must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for return.
Returned items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition.
Returned items must include:
Original tags attached
Original packaging, when applicable
All included accessories, inserts, labels, and documentation
The RMA number clearly included with the return
P3 Safety Gear reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, damage, odors, stains, missing tags, or missing packaging may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.
The following items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or P3 Safety Gear shipped the wrong product:
Custom imprinted items
Embroidered, screen-printed, heat-transferred, or personalized items
Special-order items
Made-to-order items
Bulk orders, unless approved in writing
Closeout, clearance, discontinued, or final-sale items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
Items missing original tags or packaging
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior written approval
Special-order items and bulk purchases may be subject to approval before they can be returned.
If approved, special-order or bulk-order returns may be subject to a restocking fee. P3 Safety Gear will confirm any applicable restocking fee before authorizing the return whenever possible.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error by P3 Safety Gear, such as shipping the wrong item, or the item is confirmed to be defective.
P3 Safety Gear does not provide return shipping labels for standard returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS and keeping the tracking number until the return has been processed. P3 Safety Gear is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by P3 Safety Gear.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us to request an RMA.
In many cases, the fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement item and return the original item for a refund once the return is approved and received.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed in this Return Policy.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or contains the wrong product, please contact P3 Safety Gear as soon as possible. Claims should be submitted within two business days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

A description of the issue
Photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, or damage, if applicable
If P3 Safety Gear confirms that the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
Defective products may also be subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Please allow reasonable processing time after the return is received and approved.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by P3 Safety Gear or otherwise approved in writing.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet this policy, P3 Safety Gear may refuse the return, reduce the refund amount, issue store credit instead of a refund, or return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Standard eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery are generally not subject to a restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
However, restocking fees may apply to:
Approved returns requested after 30 days
Bulk orders
Special-order items
Large quantity returns
Items requiring repackaging or additional handling
Returns approved as an exception to this policy
Any applicable restocking fee will be determined by P3 Safety Gear at the time of return review or authorization.
